About the colors

The colors in the pictures on your monitor may not exactly match the colors in the products when you receive them. Every computer monitor is different and will therefore show colors differently. I have given detailed color descriptions in order to help you make a perfect selection.

About the length

It is important to pay close attention to the length given in each necklace and bracelet description. I measure clasp to clasp and measure the length of the jeweled piece or pendant separately.

About the photos

Much of the beauty of the beads and scarves is lost due to my (lack of) photographic skills. The pictures simply do not do justice to these pieces. Suffice to say that if you are pleased with the look of an item on the screen, you should be pleasantly surprised when it arrives in your home.

The scarf is 14" x 54" and is monochromatic with a geometrical design. To look at the scarf in natural light, it appears to be several shades of grey, outlined in black. When I put it under fluorescent lighting to take the photo, one of the greys looked more like slate blue. For that reason, I re-did the jeweled piece by adding slate blue seed beads between the larger beads.

This complimentary corded necklace was created using satinique cord and nylon/spandex cord in silvery grey and black. The length can vary from about 17 to 20 inches with a center jeweled piece that adds 3.5 inches.

The jeweled piece is contained on one long headpin and consists of three twisted oval stones, which I just discovered are called snowflake obsidian! Separating these natural stones are two rock quartz rounds and four slate blue seed beads.

The piece is finished with a lobster claw clasp and added chain for more versatility with the length.
